Manthei Management LLC (“Manthei Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at manmanllc.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit our “Request a Free Estimate” form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, facility type, service location (city/state), and any details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through standard web technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the site or ad that referred you to us. This is described further in Section 3 below.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Google Ads conversion tracking (via Google’s global site tag, “gtag.js”) on the Site to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This uses cookies and similar technologies to help us understand whether someone who clicked on one of our Google ads later took an action on the Site, such as submitting our contact form. We also use call tracking technology on the phone numbers displayed on the Site, which may temporarily assign a unique tracking number to a visitor so we can determine whether a call resulted from a specific advertising campaign.

We use this tracking data solely to measure and improve the performance of our own advertising. We do not currently use this data to build remarketing audiences, create personalized advertising profiles, or share it with advertising networks for cross-site targeting.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a quote or estimate

• Schedule and coordinate services you request

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers who help us operate our business and the Site, such as our website hosting platform (Framer) and Google (for advertising and conversion tracking), each of which processes information according to its own privacy practices

• If required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process

• In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business assets

6. Phone, Text & Email Communications

By submitting our contact form or otherwise providing us your phone number or email address, you agree that Manthei Management may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry or the services you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may ask to stop receiving communications from us at any time by emailing info@manmanllc.com or, for text messages, replying “STOP.”

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at info@manmanllc.com at any time to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. We will make reasonable efforts to honor these requests.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
